1. Acceptance of these Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the AVID website and your purchase of any product through it. By browsing our site, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of them, please do not use our services.

2. Eligibility & Your Account

You must be at least 18 years old, or place orders under the supervision of a parent or guardian, to use AVID. When you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity that takes place under your account. Please tell us right away if you believe your account has been used without your permission.

3. Products, Pricing & Availability

We try to keep product descriptions, images and prices accurate and up to date, but occasional errors may occur. Prices are shown in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, update prices, and modify or discontinue any product without prior notice. All products are subject to availability.

4. Placing an Order

An order is an offer to buy, which we may accept or decline at our discretion — for example, if a product listed turns out to be out of stock, if there is a suspected pricing or listing error, or if we are unable to verify your payment or delivery details. We will let you know if we are unable to fulfil your order and, where payment has already been taken, arrange a full refund.

5. Order Modification & Cancellation

You may request a change or cancellation to your order as soon as possible after placing it, by contacting our support team. Because many of our products are prepared, personalised or dispatched quickly, we may not be able to accommodate changes once preparation or dispatch has begun. 6. Delivery & Substitution

Estimated delivery timelines are provided at checkout and in our Shipping Policy; they are estimates and not guaranteed delivery dates. If an exact product, flavour, colour or variant is unavailable at the time of dispatch, we may substitute it with a product of equal or greater value that is as close as possible to your original choice, so that your gift still arrives on time.

7. Payments

We accept the payment methods shown at checkout, which may include cards, UPI, net banking, wallets and cash on delivery where available. All online payments are processed through secure, PCI-compliant payment gateways — AVID does not store your full card details on its own servers. You confirm that any payment method you use is your own or that you are authorised to use it.

8. Returns, Refunds & Warranty

Returns and refunds are governed by our separate Refund & Cancellation Policy. Certain categories — including perishable items such as flowers, cakes and food hampers, and personalised or customised gifts — cannot be returned or exchanged except where the item arrives damaged, defective or materially different from what was ordered.

9. Acceptable Use & Intellectual Property

All content on this site — including text, graphics, logos, product photography and the AVID name and branding — is the property of AVID or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, resell or otherwise exploit any part of the site or its content without our prior written consent. You agree not to use the site for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable or impair it.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AVID shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of the site or a product purchased through it, beyond the value of the order in question. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

11. Privacy

Your use of AVID is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use and protect your personal information.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of AVID shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts having competent authority, and the parties will first attempt to resolve any dispute amicably before pursuing formal proceedings.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services or for legal, regulatory or operational reasons. The updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised "last updated" date. Your continued use of AVID after any changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
